NBTC is inviting MVNOs to a focus group meeting on MVNO issues (again)

To ensure a comprehensive and inclusive study, the NBTC says it is holding a focus group meeting to gather feedback from MVNO operators (again). This meeting will provide a platform for the virtual operators to share their opinions and suggestions regarding the regulation and promotion of MVNO services in Thailand.

Meeting Topics:

NBTC says the meeting will cover issues related to MVNO services, including:

1. Licensing and service models (Full MVNO)

2. Negotiation, contract agreements, and compliance

3. MVNO wholesale service costs

4. Regulatory fees (telecommunications license and numbering fees)

5. MVNO service promotion and regulatory measures

• Feasibility of specific measures to promote MVNOs
• Feasibility of designating specific user segments for MVNOs
• Feasibility of implementing Thailand Independent Market Operator (TIMO) model

6. Other issues.
